SIDNEY ROUNDABOUT OPEN HOUSE ANNOUNCEMENT VISION ZER era scans era serious iajuties MONTANA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION MDT To Hold Open House in Sidney July 18, 2018 4:00-7:00 pm The Montana Department of Transportation will host a public open house to introduce the nearly completed roundabout located South of Sidney and to educate the public on driving roundabouts safely. The Meeting is open to the public and will be held Wednesday, July 18 from 4:00-7:00 pm at the Mondak Heritage Center located at 120 3rd Ave, SE, Sidney MT 59270. The Sidney Roundabout was designed as a large multi-lane roundabout in order to provide a significant reduction in fatal and serious injury crashes, while accommodating large volumes of industrial and agricultural related traffic. The roundabout is the first multi-lane roundabout in the area The Public is encouraged to attend to learn how to drive multi-lane roundabouts safely and to discover how roundabouts reduce fatal crashes at rural intersections.
