Must be original artwork of a high school or middle school student 3. WHO: Please draw with the board using LANDSCAPE format, like a billboard-wider than it is tall Send artwork, name and age to notobaccoamerica@gmail.com (a good snapshot will do) 4. All high school and middle school students 5. WHERE: Art boards are free and can be picked up at our sponsor Elk River Printing at Keep your artwork until winners are announced.
