Welcome Dr.Gooden Trinity Health is pleased to welcome Michael Gooden, MD, a board-certified vascular/endovascular surgeon with over 20 years of experience caring for people with blood vessel disorders. Innovative solutions that improve people's lives. Working closely with patients and their providers, Dr. Gooden treats all aspects of peripheral vascular disease to improve lives and prevent disability. His expertise includes peripheral artery bypass, stenting, and minimally invasive approaches to repair aortic aneurysms and other disorders. Originally from lowa and reared in Tucson, Dr. Gooden served six years in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, and was recalled for Desert Storm. He received his medical doctorate at the University of Arizona. Following general surgery residency at the University of New Mexico, he completed a two-year vascular surgery fellowship at Cleveland Clinic in 2004.
