Reformed Baptist Church. Our other ministries include jail ministry, addiction recovery, and Bible studies in Wolf Point (MT) Watford City (ND) Mandaree (ND) and Williston (ND).
Sunday School (all ages): 945AM
Our doctrine holds the Bible to be inerrant, inspired, sufficient, and authoritative for all humanity.
We hold to the Second London Baptist Confession (1689) as our statement of faith. In addition, we hold to the Chicago Statement on Biblical Inerrancy, the Danvers Statement on Biblical Manhood and Womanhood, and the Dallas Statement on Social Justice and the Gospel. Please consult our website for more information of our doctrinal beliefs.
Our worship is traditional, using traditional hymns (with both hymn books and power-point), but with instruments ranging from piano to guitar to drums to the chello. Each worship service starts at 10:45AM and ends at roughly 12:15.
The service includes a pastoral greeting, four songs interlaced with Scripture readings, a 40-minute (or so) expositional sermon from the Bible, and the Lord's Supper, followed by a final song.
Guests will be greeted in the lobby and pointed to the service area (you may sit wherever you like) and given a gift bag on their way out. Visitors are not pointed out or "put on the spot." Guests are welcome to take the Lord's Supper if they are a baptized believer in Christ in right-standing with their own local church body.
Our attire ranges from casual to business (some people wear their work clothes, some shorts, some ties, and dresses; it's up to you). We only ask that you dress modestly (non-distractingly) and remove your overcoat, hat, and luggage or bags (purses excluded) in the lobby.
Everyone is welcome to attend to listen and learn and participate (if you choose) in singing. The membership process is more extensive and includes the requirements of a profession of faith, baptism, and approval of the congregation.
We are elder-led but have a congregational polity. If you have any questions, please ask.
