Escrow Assistant The Title Team is excited to be seeking an Escrow Assistant in the Sidney, MT area! The Title Team is an expanding company and with this opportunity, there is room for growth/promotion for an individual who is willing to learn new skills and tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Answer and direct phone calls, receiving customer orders and reviewing them for accuracy. Assist customers who request information, assist in searching and obtaining tax information from various cities and counties, search and examine various real estate records and name searches for judgments, State and Federal Tax Liens and Bankruptcies. Prepare closing documents and disclosure, as well as, reconveyance preparation. Photocopy, scan and fax documents and organize files. Other duties may be assigned. Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma, Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge/Skills/Ability: Basic office skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented person who has excellent communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team and who is committed to provide superb customer service.
