A Virtual Lunch and Learn Resources for Revitalizing Eastern Montana Communities Where: Online via www.ksutab.org/education/workshops/ November 10th, Noon - 1:30 pm: Realtors & Lenders November 12th, Noon - 1:30 pm: Community Leaders GNDC is co-hosting two "Lunch and Learn" Brownfields Redevelopment webinars tailored to realtors, lenders and community leaders. These workshops are designed to help those who encounter suspected contaminated properties (Brownfields) gain a better understanding of how Brownfield revitalization can be a part of your community's economic development strategy, and hear from local and state leaders on resources available for Brownfields redevelopment in your community. Who should attend? Local and regional government officials, not-for-profit economic and community development organizations, tribes, real estate, legal and banking professionals, contractors, developers, and anyone interested in learning about brownfields or about financial resources for local redevelopment. Attendance is free, but registration is required!
