Our team strives to provide exceptional customer service and a positive attitude. We are grateful to be a part of real estate in the communities of Richland County including Sidney, Fairview, Savage, Lambert, and the surrounding agricultural areas. Founded in 2012 as Richland Country Title Inc, our team guides community members through the process of purchasing and selling commercial, residential, and agricultural properties.
The Title Team has always supported the local organizations of Richland County, especially groups that promote healthy activities for our youth such as dance clubs, the high school cheerleaders, the FFA of Sidney and Fairview, the Sidney Tiger Shark swim team, and the local Boys & Girls Club. We donate time to Chamber of Commerce events, high school sports tournaments and the Richland County Housing Authority Board, which manages 230 low-income units in the county.
